Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. All orders must be paid for in £ Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK please telephone us to confirm delivery charges and shipping details.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Goods are packed and despatched on receipt of order unless stock is not available in which case you will be informed by email. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Postage and packing charges are £5.00 . This only applies to UK orders.
UK 24hr/48hr Express delivery: £5.00
Sent out same day if ordered before noon.
Overseas delivery: £18
Usually delivered within 5 working days.
All deliveries require a signature.
An order received after midday on Friday will be delivered Tuesday. The Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK islands may take an extra day.
For international Delivery, postal charges for parcels weighing up to 30kg is £ 8.00.
A signature is required on receipt and all delivery costs are non-refundable. For information on shipping costs for overseas orders please telephone 01753 573 423 (9.00am - 4.30 pm GMT)
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you the same working day if ordered before noon for 24hr/48hr service .
International orders are generally received in under 5days.
UK orders are delivered by FedEx or Parcelforce and require a signature.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from our website, simply return it within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
